Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the conference secretariat, either by mail, fax or email. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on 30th July 2010. After this date there will be no refunds made, substitute delegates will be accepted at the cost of an amendment fee. All amendments will incur a $20.00 additional fee.

 

Accommodation
Cancellation of accommodation must be made at least 14 days prior to the conference commencement. After this no refunds are available.


Disclaimer

The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause."

IMPORTANT DATES

The conference will be held from 30th August to the 1st of September 2010 at the National Convention Centre- Canberra.

 

Monday 30th  and Tuesday the 31st of August will be keynote presentations and selected papers.  There will be tours on Wednesday the 1st September.

 

The welcome reception will also be included for all full delegates at Old Parliament House.
