Welcome
Reception at Old Parliament House-
Monday 30th August 2010
The Welcome Reception is included in Full Registrations
only. Buses will depart the National Convention Centre
from 4:45pm. Additional tickets can be purchased
for day delegates, partners and guests from the
registration form for $70.00 each.

Saver Registration:
'Early' discount is available for
registrations received and paid prior to
5pm on the 14th July 2010.
Registrations not paid by the 14th of
July will be re-invoiced at the standard
rate.
Payments: Payment is required to confirm
registration. Delegates with
outstanding registration fees at the
conference will be required to provide a
credit card guarantee. If payment is not
received 14 days after the event,
the credit card will be
charged. All delegates who register
online, will be sent a tax invoice.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to
the conference secretariat, either by mail, fax or email. A 50% cancellation
fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on
30th July 2010. After this date there will be no refunds made, substitute
delegates will be accepted at the cost of an amendment fee. All amendments
will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of delegate's
to arrange their own travel insurance.
The conference does not endorse or have
any arrangements with any companies.

IMPORTANT DATES |

The conference will be held from
30th August to the 1st of September 2010 at the National Convention Centre- Canberra.
Monday 30th and
Tuesday the 31st of August will be keynote presentations and selected
papers. There will be tours on Wednesday the 1st
September.
The welcome
reception will also be included for all full delegates at Old
Parliament House.
